The Farnborough International Airshow celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2018. The first five days of the Farnborough Airshow are reserved for complex negotiations, where billion-dollar deals are struck. Exhibitors, buyers and investors mingle and have one-to-one meetings in the hope of coming to an agreement. This is where things get very tense. The air-conditioned marquees help, but when the time comes for you to sign, you’re on your own!

The Farnborough International Airshow announced a staggering $192 Billion worth of deals in 2018, with $43.6 Billion in the first day alone. Not bad for a few days’ work!
